MS C/C++ compiler for x64 does not accept inline assembly codes.
So some macros VISUAL are replaced by _M_IX86.
It is a predefined macro of MS C/C++ in 32-bits environment.

Add experimental patch for Intel compiler 7.1.
1. The icc can compile fft/polmul.c if the compiler option "-O"
   is specified.
2. FreeBSD fpsetround(3) macro has mysterious definition on non-gcc
   environment.  (see /usr/include/machine/floatingpoint.h for detail)
