I experimentally add the CMO tag
    CMO_ATTRIBUTE_LIST
CMO and OX packets are intended to be expressed in XML.
CMO_ATTRIBUTE_LIST is used to say that the next list
(a list of [key,value]'s) should be interpreted as attribute lists
in corresponding XML expression.

OpenXM specification is far from a reasonable quality in this distribution
